县域土地利用规划的生态环境效应研究——以陕西省蓝田县为例

摘　　要：基于规划的视角,以陕西省蓝田县为研究对象,结合土地利用总体规划,在分析蓝田县未来土地利用数量和时空动态变化的基础上,对蓝田县土地利用规划可能会带来的生态环境效应进行分析。结果表明:土地利用变化方面,林地、建设用地的面积有所增加,而草地和住宅用地面积减少;对生态环境的影响方面,建设用地的增加,不断的侵占农业用地,导致土壤质量下降,容易导致生态系统失衡。Based on the planning perspective with Lantian County,Shaanxi Province as study area,combining with land use general planning,on the basis of analyzing future land use quantity and temporal-spatial dynamic changes,environmental effects which may brought by land use planning were analyzed.The results showed that in land use change,area of forest land and construction land increased,while grass land and housing land area decreased;in eco-environment aspect,the increase of construction land constantly occupy agricultural land,result in soil degradation,easily lead to eco-system imbalance.
