摘　　要：因农业院校有机化学实验室的学科和教学特殊性,在管理过程中应更为注意科学可行的管理方法。从制度建立、安全教育、物品管理、人员管理、使用信息技术5个方面剖析了有机化学实验室科学管理的具体内容,为保障实验室安全、提高实验室管理水平提供有效参考。Organic chemistry laboratory in agriculture colleges,due to the particularities of its own subject and teaching work,should be scientifically managed.The specific content of scientific management were analyzed from 5 aspects of system establishment,security education,equipment management,people management and information technology,which will provide effective reference for guaranteeing laboratory safety and improve laboratory management level.
