摘  要:综合性实验训练是培养生物类本科生创新技能的一个重要环节,以加强生物科学专业本科生自主创新能力为宗旨。采用以学生为主、教师为辅的一整套实验教学模式,对综合实验教学计划安排与实验分组、实验内容确定、实验方案设计与具体实施、实验结果汇报与讲评以及综合性成绩考核等,对苏州大学基础医学和生物科学学院对生物类本科生综合性实验教学模式进行一系列改革与探索。实践证明:这种综合性实验教学模式可以极大地激发学生的求知欲,并有助于学生自主创新学习的培养以及实验技能的提高。Comprehensive experimental training is a key process for undergraduates to improve their innovative skills.Teaching model of comprehensive experimental training is proposed and conducted focusing on doing the experiment by students on their own with the help of teachers.According to the experiment schedule,the experimental project design and demonstration,experimental item selection and process of implementation,presentation of experimental results and their comments by supervisors and detailed marks in school reports.A set of the teaching reform and innovation in integrated experimental training were reformed and explored for the biological undergraduates at the School of Biology and Basic Medical Sciences of Soochow University.The teaching pattern is an effective practice in stimulating the knowledge desire of students,and provides students with a good chance of self-expression for the cultivation of their independent developments and creative thinking.
