某部队综合医院不同科室护理人员心理健康水平调查分析

摘　　要：目的对某部队综合医院不同科室护士心理健康水平进行调查分析。方法采用症状自评量表(SCL-90)对某部队综合医院不同临床科室401名护士进行调查,观察其心理健康状况。结果外科、手术室护士比其他科室护士SCL-90各项因子分都高(P<0.05,P<0.01),提示其心理健康水平较低,儿科护士SCL-90除人际敏感外,其他各项因子分均较低(P<0.05),提示其心理健康水平较高。结论所调查综合医院不同科室护士心理健康水平差异明显,要有的放矢做好护理人员的心理卫生工作。本调查仅限一所医院,结果有一定的局限性,还需进一步大样本的调查。Objective To investigate the mental health status of nursing staff in different departments of one comprehensive military hospital.Methods SCL-90 was used to determine 401 nurses in different departments of a comprehensive military hospital,and mental health status was observed.Results The factor scores of nurses in surgical departments and operation room were higher than those in other departments（P 0.05,P 0.01）,which showed lower level of mental health;scores of nurses in pediatrics department were lower except interpersonal relations scores（P 0.05）,which showed higher level of mental health.Conclusion Significant differences exist in mental health status of nurses in different departments of the comprehensive military hospital and appropriate efforts should be made.But the result of one hospital has its limitation,comprehensive result needs investigate numbers of hospitals.
