摘　　要：目的利用先进的医学技术对射频热凝固治疗不同程度宫颈上皮内瘤样病变临床疗效进行有效性观察。方法从医院收治的患者中选取100例,并对这些患者进行电子阴道镜下的活检病理与宫颈刮片的细胞学检查,对不同程度上的宫颈上皮内瘤样病变(CIN)进行有效性证明,并进行射频热凝固治疗。结果 100例患者在经过射频热凝固疗法的治疗之后,宫颈上皮内瘤样发生病变的部位已经全部愈合。在进行后期的随访期间,在对患者进行宫颈细胞学检查的过程中没有发现异型的细胞。结论射频热凝固疗法是一种安全、简单有效的微创疗法,对不同程度的宫颈上皮内瘤样病变均有治疗效果。Objective Radiofrequency thermocoagulation for the treatment of different degree of cervical intraepithelial neoplasia clinical effective observation of the use of advanced medical technology. Methods The patients were selected from hospital in 100 cases, and for those patients with electronic colposcopy cervical biopsy cytology smear, to varying degrees of cervical intraepithelial neoplasia （CIN） effectiveness proof, and radiofrequency thermal coagulation therapy. Results 100 patients after radiofrequency thermal coagulation therapy, cervical intraepithelial lesion site has healed. During the follow-up period was late, no abnormal cells were found in the process of cervical cytology in patients with. Conclusion Radiofrequency thermal coagulation therapy is a safe, simple and effective minimally invasive therapy, the effect of the treatment of neoplasia in varying degrees of cervical intraepithelial.
