摘  要:"双师型"教学团队的打造是培养卓越测绘工程师的重要保障。介绍了"卓越工程师教育培养计划"的概念,详细分析了"双师型"教师及其教学团队的内涵,从调整政策,重构教师的考核和激励机制;加强教育,引导教师到企业进行专业实践;拓宽渠道,扩大兼职教师比例;产学研结合,丰富教师的实践经验等四个方面,论述了"双师型"教学团队的建设途径。The construction of "bi-qualified" teaching teams is a basic guarantee of the cultivation of Excellence Engineer for Surveying and Mapping.Based on an introduction of the "Program of Educating and Training Excellence Engineers",this paper analyses the intensive properties of "bi-qualification" and "bi-qualified" teaching teams.Four general aspects of the constructing approach are also investigated,including: policy adjustment aimed at the reform of teacher evaluation and stimulation;education reinforcement intended to encourage academic teachers to have more professional practices in the industry;channel widening aimed at increasing the proportion of part-time teachers,and industry-academics integration intended to enrich the teachers' experience.
