摘　　要：阐述了淮河平原区浅层地下水高效利用关键技术研究的项目背景、国内外研究现状,提出了研究目标与任务、各专题的研究内容以及预期取得的成果。The key technologies on efficient use of under ground water in plain of Huaihe river were studied in this paper. And then research target,contents and the expected results were defined,and these could provide the direction for the project.
