中药制剂联合化疗治疗老年晚期非小细胞肺癌疗效及成本效果分析

摘　　要：目的探讨中药制剂联合化疗治疗老年晚期非小细胞肺癌的疗效及成本效果。方法选择全身化疗联合中药静脉制剂治疗老年晚期非小细胞肺癌患者120例,随机分为康艾组、华蟾素组、艾迪组、参麦组(分别给予康艾注射液、华蟾素注射液、艾迪注射液、参麦注射液),各30例。观察比较四组患者的临床疗效,并运用药物经济学的方法对四种药物行成本效果分析。结果四种药物均能改善非小细胞肺癌的中医临床症状,其中艾迪组成本效果比、增量成本—效果比分别为148.57%和105.41%。康艾组分别为288.34%、440.44%,参麦组分别为157.13%、23.09%,华蟾素组成本效果比为186.93%,艾迪组成本效果比、增量成本—效果比最优。结论化疗联合艾迪注射液治疗老年晚期非小细胞性肺癌是较为合理、经济的治疗方案。Objective To investigate the curative effect and cost-effectiveness of four kinds of traditional Chinese medicine（TCM） injections combined with chemotherapy in the elderly patients with advanced non-small-cell lung cancer.Methods A total of 120 cases of elderly patients with advanced non-small-cell lung cancer treated by traditional Chinese medicine intravenous injections combined with chemotherapy were randomly divided into 4 groups,30 in each group： the Kangai injection group,Cinobufotalin injection group,Aidi injection group and Shenmai injection group.The clinical efficacy in four groups was observed,and the cost-effectiveness analysis was conducted by pharmacoeconomics.Results All four injections could improve the clinical symptoms of TCM in the non-small-cell lung cancer.Among the four groups,the cost-effectiveness ratio in the Aidi injection group was 148.57%,and the incremental cost-effectiveness ratio was 105.41%,respectively;those in the Kangai injection group were 288.34% and 440.44%;those in the Shenmai injection group were 157.13% and 23.09%;and the cost-effectiveness ratio in the Cinobufotalin injection group was 186.93%.Therefore the Aidi injection group had the best cost-effectiveness ratio and incremental cost-effectiveness ratio.Conclusion Comprehensive analysis shows that chemotherapy combined with Aidi injection in treatment of elderly advanced nonsmall-cell lung cancer is more reasonable and economical.
