摘　　要：目的了解脑动静脉畸形(AVM)伽玛刀治疗患者对相关知识的需求,对制定有针对性的健康教育提供依据。方法采用自行设计的需求调查表,对102例脑动静脉畸形(AVM)伽玛刀治疗患者进行调查。结果患者对治疗效果、疾病预后、治疗原理和方法有强烈需求。最好的健康教育方式是与医护人员直接交流。对脑动静脉畸形(AVM)伽玛刀治疗的相关知识普遍缺乏了解。结论护理人员应重视相关知识宣教,开展个体化、有针对性、多形式的健康教育。Objective To investigate the knowledge needs of patients with arteriovenous malformation（AVM） treated with gamma knife,which could help provide the basis of targeted health education.Methods 102 AVM patients were investigated with the self-designed questionnaire of demand after gamma knife surgery.Results Patients had strong demand of treatment effect,disease prognosis,treatment principle and method.The best way of health education was to communicate with medical staff directly.Patents were lack of the related knowledge of AVM treated with gamma knife.Conclusion Nurses should attach importance to the related knowledge propaganda and education,and carry out the individualised,targeted,and different kinds of health education.
