心理疏导联合药物治疗老年抑郁症的效果观察

摘　　要：目的探讨心理疏导联合药物治疗老年抑郁症的疗效。方法将2010年10月～2012年10月期间,本院门诊收诊的老年抑郁症患者随机分成两组,对照组和观察组各78例,对照组采用帕罗西汀片治疗,观察组患者采用心理辅导联合帕罗西汀片治疗。治疗前及治疗2、8周后采用汉密尔顿抑郁量表(HAMD)、焦虑自评量表(SAS)对两组患者的抑郁焦虑情况进行评分,比较组间差异;同时采用生活质量指数量表(QL-Index)对两组患者的生活质量进行评价。结果治疗2、8周后,观察组HAMD及SAS评分均显著低于对照组(P﹤0.05)。治疗8周后,观察组QL-Index问卷得分显著高于对照组(P﹤0.05)。结论心理疏导联合药物治疗能有效改善老年抑郁症患者的抑郁、焦虑状态,提高患者的生活水平,疗效优于单独药物治疗。Objective To investigate the effect of psychological counseling combined with drug treatment of depression in the elderly.Methods Elderly patients with depression from October 2010 to October 2012 were randomly divided into control group（paroxetine treatment group）78 cases and observation group（psychological counseling combined with i paroxetine treatment group）78 cases,then the score of HAMD,SAS and QL-Index of two groups before the treatment and at 2nd,8ed week after the treatment were compared.Results 2、8 weeks after treatment,the HAMD and SAS score of the observation group were significantly lower than the control group,and after 8 weeks of treatment,the observation group QL-Index questionnaire score was significantly higher than the control group,all P﹤0.05.Conclusion Psychological counseling combined with drug treatment could effectively improve depression and anxiety state in elderly patients with depression,and improve the patient＇s living standards,it＇s more effective than medication alone.
