134例帕金森病患者抑郁状况及生活质量的调查研究

摘　　要：目的调查研究帕金森病患者的抑郁状况及生活质量,为临床工作提供借鉴资料。方法选择我院2005年1月～2011年10月收治的134例帕金森病患者作为研究对象,采用汉密尔顿抑郁量表(HAMD)评定患者的抑郁状况,采用生活质量评价量表SF-36评估患者的生活质量。结果本组患者中,无抑郁者58例(43.3%),抑郁者76例(56.7%);抑郁患者的SF-36评分明显低于无抑郁者,体现在生理功能(PF)、生理职能(RP)、躯体疼痛(BP)、总体健康(GH)、生命活力(VT)、社会功能(SF)、情感职能(RE)、心理健康(MH)8个方面,组间差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05);对76例抑郁患者给予针对性的治疗,HAMD、SF-36评分明显改善,与治疗前比较差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论临床工作者了解帕金森病患者的抑郁状况,并加强针对性的治疗工作,可以明显改善患者的抑郁状况及生活质量,应当引起临床关注。Objective To Investigate and study on the depression status and quality life of patients with parkinson disease,provide reference data for clinical work.Methods From Junuary 2005 to October 2011 in our hospital,134 patients with parkinson disease were selected as the objects of the study,the depressive condition were assessed by Hamilton Depression Rating Scale（HAMD）,and the quality life were assessed by short-form 36 item health survey questionnaire.Results In this group,58 cases（43.3%） without depression,76 cases（56.7%）with depression;the SF-36 scores of depression patients were significantly lower than the patients without depression,reflected in the physiological function（PF）,physiological functions（RP）,body pain（BP）,general health（GH）,life vitality（VT）,social function（SF）,role emotional（RE）,mental health（MH） eight,the differences were statistically significance between two groups（P0.05）;76 patients with depression were given targeted treatment,the HAMD,SF-36 scores were significantly improved,the difference was statistically significant compared with before treatment（P0.05）.Conclusion Evaluation of the status of anxiety,depression of advanced non-small cell lung cancer patients and strengthen psychological nursing intervention can significantly improve the depression status and quality life of patients,should cause clinical concern.
