摘　　要：从招投标、设计、施工和竣工结算审核四阶段的不同角度探索做好高校建设工程造价管理。This thesis aims at exploring how to manage project cost of university construction better from different angles of the four engineering stages of bidding,design,construction and balance auditing of the completed project.
