摘  要:根据吉林省引松供水工程及区域环境特点,分析了工程建设带来的主要生态环境影响,提出生态环境保护措施。分析表明,在实施严格的环境保护措施的前提下,工程实施后,可满足丰满、新立城、金满及下三台水库坝下生态流量要求,对区域生态完整性影响不大,从生态环境影响角度论证了该工程实施的可行性。Based on the characteristics of water transfer project from the second Songhuajiang river to middle cities and the region environment in Jilin province,the paper analyzes the main ecological environment influence caused by the project construction,proposes the protection measure of ecological environment.Analysis shows that under the premise on implement of the strict environment protection measure,the completed project could meet the ecological flow requirements at the lower reaches of Fengman,Xinlicheng,Jinman and Xiashantai reservoir,almost no effect on regional ecological integrity,and validates the feasibility of the project implementation from the perspective of environmental impact.
