摘　　要：针对我国流域水资源规划与管理的现状和存在的问题,通过总结国外流域水资源管理经验,提出加快流域管理的立法与管理机制策略,建立健全信息共享机制与水联网信息系统,以遵循流域规划管理为原则,建立合适中国国情的水资源管理模式。According to the present situation and the existing problems of basin water resources planning and management in China,the paper summarizes the basin water resources management experience in foreign countries,puts forward speeding up the basin management legislation and management mechanisms policy,establishes and improves the information sharing mechanism and water information network system and builds the water resources management mode with meeting the China's national conditions following the principle of basin planning and management.
