摘  要:在高度工业化的当今时代,国家工业机械化程度决定着生产力的高低。而噪声污染是随着近代工业的发展而产生的三大污染之一,因此,在工业生产中减振降噪技术的应用具有十分重大的意义。本文重点分析在机械产品的设计过程中,考虑噪声的来源和传播来进行减振降噪。主要途径包括通过合理选择材料、优化机械结构对噪声来源进行控制以及应用吸声与隔声技术、消声装置、隔振技术对噪声的传播进行控制。从而提高机械产品的寿命和车间生产环境,减少噪声污染对人体的危害。In this era of rapid industrial development,the productivity of a country is determined by the level of mechanization.Under this circumstance,noise pollution that occurred with the development of modern industry is one of the three major pollutions nowadays.Therefore,the technology of reducing the vibration and noise control in industrial production has very important significance.Considering the source of noise as well as how they spread,this paper mainly analyzes the methods of antivibration and noise reduction in the mechanical product design.Those methods mainly include the use of high damping materials,improving and optimizing the structure to control the source of noise for the reasonable application of sound absorption technology,silencer technology and vibration isolation technology.This can improve the service life of mechanical products and production environment in the workshop,as well as reduce the harmness of human body caused by noise pollution.
