摘　　要：从绒布印花的实际生产出发,分析了常见绒布圆网印花色差、堵网、露底、布面发花、搭色的产生原因,并结合生产经验提出了一系列预防措施;指出这些疵病与绒布加工的诸多要求密切相关。The common defects of rotary screen printing of flannel are analyzed such as color difference, screen plugging, grin- ning, staining and so on, and the prevention measures are presented. It is pointed out that defects of rotary screen printed flannel are closely related to the naps and overall process.
