摘　　要：采用量化评估和专家评价相结合的方式,制定评估指标,构建学科评价体系。评价出综合人力资源、业务水平、科研能力等医疗资源的优势学科,并探索其促进三级综合医院优势资源均匀分布的对策。阐明优势学科是三级综合性医院的重要优势资源,科学评价,充分发挥其作用,才是让人人享有高质量医疗卫生服务的良策。By the methods of combined quantity assessment and expert assessment, discipline assessment index system is designed to select advanced discipline in general human resources, service capacities and research capacities. Measures on promoting tertiary general hospital resources equity allocation are also explored. Advanced discipline is an important superior resource in tertiary hospital. Scientific assessment advanced discipline and make full use of it is a good measure to achieve qualified healthcare universal coverage.
