摘　　要：护士在护理工作的各个环节中 ,因种种失误可能会承担一定的法律责任。对此 ,应加以了解和注意 ,以确保患者的医疗护理安全 。Nurses may take the responsibilities of law for their mistakes in every working link. Therefore, they should pay more attention to and understand it so as to ensure the medical and nursing safety of patients and avoid professional risks in nursing.
