摘　　要：首先介绍了几种前景较好的Web3D技术并进行比较,然后介绍两种常用的医学图像绘制技术面绘制与体绘制及几种比较常用的可视化开发环境。最后在这些技术基础上总结提出了三种在Web下实现医学图像可视化方式,讨论了这几种实现方式的优缺点及适用范围。提出的这几种实现方式对于开展远程医疗具有重要意义,也对移动设备中进行医学图像可视化有很强的启示性。This paper introduced several prospects of current Web3D technologies and compared at first, then introduced the two widely used medical image rendering technology： surface rendering and volume rendering and a few commonly used visualization development environment. Finally, proposed three implementation methods of medical images visualization on the Web based on the summary of these technologies, and discussed the advantages and disadvantages of these methods. These methods proposed in the paper have significance for remote medical not only on the Web, but also on mobile devices.
