摘　　要：文章分析了信息化背景下煤炭集团公司资金风险管理存在的问题,通过案例建立了某某公司的资金平台管理体系,取得了很好的效果。提出了相关的理论防范机制:强化现金管理、完善信用制度、加强存货管理和更新财务观念。The paper analyzes the problems of Coal Group Company liquidity risk management in the context of information technology, certain funding platform established through case management system and achieved good results. The theory prevention mechanism： to strengthen cash management, improve the credit system, enhance inventory management and update of financial concepts.
