摘  要:目的探讨舒芬太尼对大鼠肠缺血-再灌注(I-R)时肝组织Bcl-2和Bax蛋白表达的影响。方法 24只成年健康Wistar大鼠随机均分为假手术组(S组)、肠缺血-再灌注组(I-R组)和舒芬太尼组(SF组)三组。通过夹闭肠系膜上动脉1h后再灌注6h建立肠I-R损伤模型,SF组在夹闭前10min给予舒芬太尼1μg/kg,继之以0.05μg.kg-1.min-1的速率泵注。免疫组化法检测各组肝组织Bcl-2和Bax蛋白表达量。结果与S组比较,I-R组和SF组Bcl-2和Bax蛋白含量均升高(P<0.05),I-R组Bcl-2/Bax比值降低(P<0.05),SF组Bcl-2/Bax比值升高(P<0.05)。与I-R组比较,SF组Bcl-2蛋白含量和Bcl-2/Bax比值均升高(P<0.05),Bax蛋白含量降低(P<0.05)。结论舒芬太尼可能通过调节Bcl-2和Bax蛋白表达减轻肠I-R时的肝损伤。Objective To investigate the effect of sufentanil on the expressions of Bcl-2 and Bax after liver injury induced by intestinal ischemia-reperfusion(I-R) in rats.Methods Twenty-four Wistar rats were equally randomized into 3 groups of S(sham operated),I-R(intestinal I-R model control) and SF(given additional sufentanil 1 μg/kg at 10 min before ischemia,followed by 0.05 μg·kg-1·min-1 infusion).The expressions of Bcl-2 and Bax proteins in liver tissues were detected by immunohistochemistry after intestine I-R injury.Results Compared with group S,the expressions of Bcl-2 and Bax proteins were increased in groups of I-R and SF(P0.05),Bcl-2/Bax ratio was decreased in group I-R,but increased in group SF(P0.05).Compared with group I-R,the expression of Bcl-2 protein and Bcl-2/Bax ratio were increased(P0.05),while the expression of Bax protein was decreased in group SF(P0.05).Conclusion Sufentanil can relieve the liver injury after intestinal I-R through regulating the expressions of Bcl-2 and Bax proteins.
