摘　　要：目的探讨个案管理对社区女性精神分裂症患者生活质量及社会功能的影响。方法将40例在社区治疗的女性精神分裂症患者随机抽签法分为个案管理组(20例)和对照组(20例),在服用抗精神病药物治疗的同时,对个案管理组予以综合干预,观察时间为1年。应用生活质量量表(WHO,QOL-100)和社会功能缺陷筛选量表(SDSS)进行评估。结果 6个月、1年末随访时个案管理组阴性症状总分明显优于对照组;且个案管理组在生活质量、独立性领域及社会关系领域的改善显著好于对照组;SDSS中家庭职能、责任心和计划评分值差异较为明显。结论对社区精神分裂症患者开展个案管理综合干预措施,有利于提高女性患者生活质量。Objective To investigate the influence of case management on the life quality and social function of community female patients with schizophrenia. Methods Forty female patients with schizophrenia treated in the community were divided into the case management group （20 patients） and the control group （20 patients） accordingto the random drawing method. The case management group received comprehensive intervention while takingantipsychotic medicine. The observation duration was 1 year. The quality of life scale （WHO, QOL-lOO） and socialdisability screening scale （SDSS） were used for evaluation. Results At the 6-month and 1-year follow-up, the casemanagement group was significantly better than the control group in the total negative symptom score. And the casemanagement group was significantly better than the control group in the impirovement of life quality, independence andsocial relationship. In terms of SDSS, the differences in family function, responsibility and plan scores were significant. Conclusion The implementation of case management comprehensive intervention measures among the communityfemale patients with schizophrenia is conducive for improving their life quality.
