血清CK-BB及NSE在小儿中枢神经系统感染中的变化及临床价值

摘　　要：目的探讨小儿中枢神经系统感染在血清肌酸激酶脑型同工酶(CK-BB)及神经元特异性烯醇化酶(NSE)中的变化及临床价值。方法采用电化学发光法检测NSE的水平,应用速率散射比浊法(LAT)测CK-BB水平。结果观察组A、B、C血清NSE的水平均明显高于对照组(P<0.05),NSE的水平依次为A组>C组>B组;观察组A、B、C血清CK-BB的水平均显著高于对照组(P<0.05),CK-BB的水平依次为A组>C组>B组。结论血清CK-BB及NSE检测对中枢神经系统感染患儿具有脑损害程度的判断及一定的辅助鉴别价值。Objective To discuss the Change and clinical value of the Serum creatine kinase brain isoenzyme （CK-BB） and neuron-specific enolase （NSE） in children with central nervous system infection. Methods The NSE levelswas checked by the electrochemiluminescence, the CK-BB levels was checked by the Rate nephelometry. ResultsThe serum NSE levels of the A, B, C in the observation group were significantly higher than the control group （P〈0.05）, the NSE levels was followed by Group A 〉 Group C 〉 Group B. And the serum CK-BB levels of the A, B, Cin the observation group were significantly higher than the control group （P 〈 0.05）, the CK-BB levels was followed byGroup A 〉 Group C 〉 Group B. Conclusion The serum CK-BB and NSE detect central nervous system infection inchildren with brain damage degree of judgment and certain auxiliary differential value.
