摘  要:目的探讨不同级别血尿酸水平与脑血栓形成患者的心功能的相关性。方法选取2008年6月- 2013年3月在我院神经内科住院的脑血栓形成患者共304例,其中男170例’女134例,分别测血尿酸和行心脏超声心动图检査。结果不同级别浓度的血尿酸水平中,患者的左心室舒张末内径,左心室收缩末内径,左心室后壁,右心室内径均差异具有统计学意义(均P 〈 0.05);脑血栓患者的血清尿酸值与左心室舒张末内径(r=0.123, P 〈 0.05 ),左心室收缩末内径(r=0.159, P 〈 0.05);左心室后壁(r=0.200, P 〈 0.05 )存在正相关关系;与左心室射血分数存在负相关关系(r=-0.236, P 〈 0.05 )。结论脑血栓形成患者的血尿酸水平与心功能具有良好的相关性,可以部分反映心功能情况。Objective To investigate the correlation between different levels of serum uric acid and cardiac functionof patients with cerebral thrombosis. Methods A total of 304 patients with cerebral thrombosis hospitalized in theneurology department of our hospital from June 2008 to March 2013 were selected, including 170 men and 134 women.The serum uric acid levels were detected and the ultrasound cardiography examination was implemented. Results Fordifferent levels of serum uric acid, the patients’ left ventricular end-diastolic diameter, left ventricular end-systolicdiameter, left ventricular posterior wall and right ventricular diameter were statistically different (P 〈 0.05 for both).The patients' serum uric acid levels were positively correlated to the left ventricular end-diastolic diameter (r=0.123,P 〈 0.05), left ventricular end-systolic diameter (r=0.159, P 〈 0.05) and left ventricular posterior wall (r=0.200,P 〈 0.05), but negatively correlated to the left ventricular ejection fraction (r=-0.236, P 〈 0.05). Conclusion Theserum uric acid level has a good correlation with the cardiac function of patients with cerebral thrombosis, which canpartly reflect the cardiac function.
