中央角膜厚度与正常眼压性青光眼的临床相关性分析

摘　　要：目的讨论中央角膜厚度与正常眼压性青光眼的关系。方法选择2010年6月-2012年2月间，正常健康人群50例做为对照组，正常眼压性青光眼患者50例做为观察组，用超声测厚仪检测两组的中央角膜厚度，比较两组中央角膜厚度的差异。结果对照组平均中央角膜厚度为（534．2±30．2）μm，观察组平均中央角膜厚度为（541．5±31．4）μm，两组数据差异无显著差别，差异无统计学意义（P〉0．05）。按照正常眼压性青光眼的疾病进展程度，轻度者中央角膜厚度正常，中度者中央角膜厚度较薄，重度者中央角膜厚度较厚，呈负性增长。结论正常眼压性青光眼与正常人群相比，中央角膜厚度无明显差异。中央角膜厚度与正常眼压性青光眼进展程度相关。Objective To discuss the relationship between central corneal thickness and normal tension glaucoma. Methods Clinic data of 100 patients who sought medicine from June 2010 to February 2012 were collected.Among them,50 normal healthy people were selected as control group,and 50 patients with normal-tension glaucoma were chose as observation group.Central corneal thickness were detected by ultrasound and compared between the two groups. Results In the control group,the average central corneal thickness was （534.2 ± 30.2） μm,while in the observation group the average central corneal thickness was （541.5 ± 31.4）μm.There was no significant difference between two groups （P 〉0.05）,no statistical significance）. In accordance with the progress of normal tension glaucoma disease ,central corneal thickness in patients with mild disease were normal,while in patients with moderate disease the corneal thickness were thin,in patients with severe disease the corneal thickness were thick which implied the negative relation. Conclusion Compared with control group,no significant difference in the central corneal thickness was found in patients with normal tension glaucoma.The central corneal thickness was positive related with the progression of normal pressure glaucoma.
