摘　　要：目的: 比较577nm微脉冲激光与药物治疗中心性浆液性脉络膜视网膜病变(central serous chorioretinopathy,CSC)的疗效。方法: 选择我院2012-01-01/09-31的CSC患者45例45眼为激光组,行577nm微脉冲激光治疗,并与药物组(40例40眼)的疗效比较。结果: 激光组于治疗后6wk全部治愈,比药物治疗组恢复时间更短,见效更快。结论: 577nm微脉冲激光治疗CSC是安全有效的,并可减少CSC的复发。·AIM： To compare the laser and drug in the chorioretinopathy （CSC）. efficacy of 577nm micro- pulse treatment of central serous·METHODS： Forty-five CSC cases （45 eyes）, in our hospital from January 1, 2012 to September 31, 2012, were received 577nm micro-pulse laser in laser group. Forty cases （40 eyes） got drug in drug group. The efficacy of two groups was compared. ·RESULTS： All eyes in laser group were cured at 6 weeks after treatment, which was shorter than that in drug group. · CONCLUSION： 577nm micro-pulse laser treatment for CSC is safe and effective, and can reduce the recurrence of CSC.
