榄香烯和恩度对原发性肝癌细胞增殖和凋亡影响的研究

摘　　要：目的:探讨榄香烯和恩度对肝癌细胞增殖和凋亡的影响。方法:用噻唑蓝还原法(MTT法)观察榄香烯和恩度对HepG2细胞活性的影响,流式细胞仪检测对细胞周期的影响,Annexin V/PI双染在流式细胞仪上检测对细胞凋亡的影响。结果:榄香烯和恩度能抑制HepG2细胞的活性,呈现时间和剂量依赖性;榄香烯和恩度主要作用肝癌细胞周期的G1期;榄香烯和恩度可诱导细胞发生早期凋亡,并呈现时间和剂量的依赖性。结论:榄香烯和恩度都能抑制HepG2细胞的增殖和诱导细胞的凋亡,两种药物联合对于肝癌细胞抑制生长和诱导凋亡表现出协同作用。Objective：To discuss the effect of Elemene and Endostar for cell proliferation and apoptosis of liver cancer.Methods：With thiazole blue reduction method（determined by MTT method） Elemene and Endostar of impact on HepG2 cell activity：Using flow cytometry instrument to detect effects on cell cycle Annexin V/PI double dye on flow cytometry instrument to detect effect on apoptosis.Results：Elemene and Endostar can restrain the activity of HepG2 cells,rendering time and dose dependence;of main effect of liver cancer cell cycle G1 phase;in the induction of cell apoptosis is can make the early apoptosis cells,and rendering time and dose dependence.Conclusion：Elemene and Endostar can inhibit the proliferation of HepG2 cells and induce the apoptosis of cells,and the rendering time and dose dependence.The two drugs for liver cancer cell growth inhibition and apoptosis showed synergism.
