摘　　要：目的:探索高剂量吉非替尼治疗晚期非小细胞肺癌脑转移的有效性及安全性。方法:2例患者口服吉非替尼250mg/d出现脑转移后,吉非替尼剂量增加至500mg/d,观察高剂量吉非替尼有效性和安全性。结果:口服吉非替尼500mg/d一个月后,2例患者肺部病灶均控制良好,1例脑部病灶达PR,1例脑部病灶SD。毒副反应主要为皮疹与腹泻,经对症处理后均能耐受。结论:高剂量吉非替尼治疗晚期NSCLC脑转移可能有效,值得临床进一步观察。Objective：To explore the efficacy and safety of high dose gefitinib therapy in advanced non-small cell lung cancer（NSCLC） brain metastases.Methods：Two patients showed brain metastasis after the standard dose of gefitinib treatment.Gefitinib dose increased from 250mg/d to 500mg/d.The efficacy and safety of gefitinib was observed.Results：With gefitinib 500mg daily up to 1 month,two patients with pulmonary lesions were well controlled,got PR and SD.The major toxicities were rash and diarrhea,was tolerated by symptomatic treatment.Conclusion：High dose gefitinib therapy in advanced NSCLC with brain metastasis is effective,and worthy of further clinical observation.
