摘　　要：乳腺癌在形态学、对治疗的反应及其临床过程方面具有高度异质性。基因谱表达分析将乳腺癌分为5个亚型:腺腔A型、腺腔B型、HER-2过表达型、基底细胞样型(BLBC)和正常乳腺样型,其中BLBC免疫表型独特,预后较差。本文简单介绍BLBC的流行病学特征,主要概述其组织学特征、免疫表型以及治疗和预后的研究情况。Breast cancers are heterogeneous in their morphology,response to therapy and clinical course.Expression profiles have categorized breast cancer into five groups：luminal subtype A,luminal subtype B,HER-2 over-expression subtype,basal-like subtype（BLBC）,and normal breast-like subtype.BLBC has been shown to have special immunophenotype and poor clinical outcomes.This article introduced the epidemiological characteristics of BLBC,summed up recent researches on the hyphology,immunophenotype,prognosis and therapy of BLBC.
