摘  要:采用文献资料、问卷调查、专家访谈等研究方法,从绩效考核和激励机制方面对当前西部高校体育教师及资金管理的现实状况进行了调查,并专门研究了教师们的工作心理,就体育师资管理中存在的问题,建立了结合西部高校实际的体育教师工作绩效考核指标体系。By ways of literature review, questionnaire and mathematical statistics and expert interviews, a survey has been made to the PE teachers of current universities of West China and situation of fund management considering the performance evaluation and incentive mechanism. This article analyzes the current situation in PE teachers' management in universities of West China and it finds that there are some problems in incentive mechanism and performance evaluation in these universities. At last, com- bined with western universities' reality, it proposes a performance evaluation system for the management of PE teachers.
