色苷酸钠与奥洛他定治疗儿童过敏性结膜炎的临床对比研究

摘　　要：目的探讨色甘酸钠与奥洛他定治疗过敏性结膜炎的临床效果。方法将2010年10月至2012年10月我院诊治的84例过敏性结膜炎患者随机分成2组,对照组42例,采用色甘酸钠滴眼液治疗;实验组42例,采用奥洛他定滴眼液治疗。观察比较两组的近期疗效、眼部综合症状评分、症状体征改善时间。结果实验组的总有效率为92.86%,显著高于对照组的总有效率76.19%,两组比较差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05);实验组治疗3、7、14 d的眼部综合症状评分显著性低于对照组(P<0.05);实验组的眼痒、眼异物感、结膜水肿、结膜充血、眼睑乳头、睑滤泡等症状体征改善时间均显著性短于对照组(P<0.05)。结论奥洛他定治疗过敏性结膜炎的临床药理作用更强,改善眼部症状更快速有效。Objective To investigate the clinical efficacy of sodium cromoglicate and olopatadine hydrochloride in the treatment of allergic conjunctivitis.Methods 84 cases of patients admitted to our hospital from October 2010 to October 2012 were randomly divided into two groups,control group（n=42）and treatment group（n=42）.Control group was given sodium cromoglicate,and treatment group was given olopatadine hydrochloride.The clinical efficacy,the ocular symptom score and the signs and symptoms remission time of the two groups were observed and compared.Results The total effective rate of treatment group was significantly higher than that of control group（P0.05）;the ocular symptom score of treatment group was significantly lower than that of control group after 3,7,14 d treatment（P0.05）;the remission time of eye itching,foreign body sensation,conjunctival edema,conjunctival hyperemia,eyelids nipples,and eyelid follicular of treatment group were significantly shorter than those of control group（P0.05）.Conclusion The clinical application of olopatadine hydrochloride on allergic conjunctivitis can more quickly and efficiently relieve ocular symptoms.
