摘　　要：目的观察乳牙根管治疗中采取Vitapex糊剂的应用效果。方法将68例需要乳牙根管治疗的患者随机分为2组,对照组34例给予常规治疗,观察组34例给予Vitapex糊剂进行治疗,观察两组患者的治疗效果。结果观察组的成功率为100.0%,对照组的成功率为85.3%,两组比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组术后1周疼痛症状明显轻于对照组(P<0.05)。结论在乳牙根管治疗中采取Vitapex糊剂进行填充具有较好的应用效果,方法简单、快捷,不良反应少。Objective To observe the effect of vitapex paste on root canal therapy.Methods 68 cases who needed root canal therapy were randomly divided into two groups,34 cases in control group were given conventional treatment,34 cases in observation group were given vitapex paste treatment,the therapeutic effect of the two groups was observed.Results The successful rate of observation group was 100%,which was 85.3% in control group,there was significant difference between the two groups（P0.05）,one week after operation,the pain relief of observation group was much better than that of control group（P0.05）.Conclusion The application of vitapex paste on root canal therapy is effective,simple and convenient with fewer adverse reactions.
