血清肝纤维化在肝病诊治中的价值

摘　　要：目的:探讨血清透明质酸(HA)、层粘连蛋白(LN)、Ⅳ型胶原(Ⅳ-C)及Ⅲ型前胶原(PC-Ⅲ)4项指标在慢性肝病中诊断中的临床价值。方法:采用化学发光法检测138例慢性肝病患者和5O例健康体检者血清HA、LN、Ⅳ-C及PC-Ⅲ4项指标。结果:各组肝病患者血清HA、LN、Ⅳ-C及PC-Ⅲ4项指标均明显高于健康对照组(P<0.05)。结论:HA、LN、IV-C、PC-Ⅲ水平的变化与肝纤维化的活动水平及程度、肝损伤程度密切相关,对肝纤维化的非创伤性诊断有重要意义。Objective ： To investigate the serum hyaluronic acid （HA） , laminin （LN） , collagen type Ⅳ （ Ⅳ- C ） and precollagen type Ⅲ（ PC - Ⅲ ） clinical value of 4 indexes in the diagnosis of chronic liver diseases. Methods ： using chemiluminescence method, 4 indexes in 138 cases of chronic liver disease patients and 50 patients healthy serum HA, LN, Ⅳ- C and PC -Ⅲ, and the results were compared and analysed. Results ： of the 4 indicators of each serum HA, LN, Ⅳ - C and PC - Ⅲwere significantly higher than that in healthy control group （ P 〈 0. 05 ）, in which patients with primary liver cancer and liver cirrhosis group was the most obvious. Conclusion ： HA, LN, Ⅳ- C, PC - Ⅲlevels and hepatic fibrosis activity level and degree, the degree of liver injury is closely related to, the non - invasive diagnosis of liver fibrosis is important.
