从西方经典管理定律看高校图书馆管理实践

摘　　要：图书馆的管理存在着固有的运行规律,并以"管理学定律"的形式给馆员的日常工作以有效导航。管理学定律的合理运用,直接关系到高校图书馆事业的可持续健康发展。在介绍西方经典管理法则的基础上,联系图书馆的日常管理实践,就存在的问题,结合定律提出相应对策。There are some inherent rules in the form of law of management in the library management category to effective navigation for librarians in the daily work. Management law will benefit the sustained, healthy growth of the univer- sity library. Introducing the western classical management rules, integrated with the library daily management prac- tice, and provides the solution to the problems.
