摘　　要：目的:构建一个实现军队三级医疗机构互联互通、融合服务与管理的"军队网络协同医疗服务平台"。方法:通过优化设计系统技术架构,并采用B/S、3层结构、Ajax和spring及XML、用户身份统一认证管理、网闸设备等技术手段,研发出一套软件系统。结果:"平台"在战区卫生机关、后方医院和基层部队3层客户集群推广应用,实现网络会诊、预约住院、伤病员信息查询、网络教学、满意度调查、伤病员关怀、知识库、统计查询和管理监测等功能。结论:技术路线为系统构建、软件设计和功能实现提供主要参考依据,通过推进"平台"应用和面向基层部队的网络医疗服务,对提高后方医院的卫勤保障能力和基层部队的健康水平具有重要意义。Objective To develop an army network cooperative medical service platform for the interconnection and intercommunication of the three-level military medical facilities.Methods The software of the platform had a optimized system technical architecture,and applied B/S,three-layered architecture,Ajax,spring,XML,identity authentication,gap devices and etc.Results The trials of the platform were performed in the three levels of facilities including war zone medical command,rear hospital and primary units,and such functions were realized as online consultation,appointment hospitalization,patient information inquiry,online education,satisfaction survey,patient care,knowledge base,statistical query,management supervision and etc.Conclusion The platform presented provides references from the aspects of system construction,software design and function achieving,which is important to improve the ability of medical support in rear hospital and level of health of primary force.
