摘 要:分别采用加速溶剂萃取技术(ASE)和加热回流法(HR),应用不同溶剂制备槟榔花茶的活性提取物,研究了这些提取物对DPPH自由基的清除能力。结果表明:抗坏血酸(Vc)的清除能力>BHT>ASE-EtOAC>ASE-MeOH>HR-EtOAC>HR-MeOH>ASE-H2O>ASE-MSO>HR-H2O>HR-MSO,它们的IC50值分别为10.1365、44.4007、113.2、159.7、184.0、207.7、246.4、258.5、317.7、950.6μg/mL。说明槟榔花茶提取物具有一定的清除DPPH自由基的能力,且以乙酸乙酯为提取溶剂时,效果最佳。与HR法相比,ASE法更有助于槟榔花茶中活性物质的提取。The active substances from areca inflorescence tea were extracted respectively by using accelerated solvent extraction (ASE) technique and heating reflux (HR) method with different solvents, and the scavenging abilities of these extracts on DPPH radical were studied. The results showed that the scavenging abilities of different extracts on DPPH free radical had the following se- quence : vitamin c (Vc) 〉 BHT 〉 ASE - EtOAC 〉 ASE -MeOH 〉 HR - EtOAC 〉 HR - MeOH 〉 ASE - H20 〉 ASE - MSO 〉 HR - H20〉HR - MSO, and their ICs0 values were 10. 1365, 44.4007, 113.2, 159.7, 184.0, 207.7, 246.4, 258.5, 317.7 and 950.6 μg/mL respectively. The results indicated that the extracts from areca inflorescence tea had a certain ability to scavenge DP- PH free radical. The scavenging capacity was the best when acetic ether was used as the extraction solvent. In comparison with HR method, ASE method was more helpful to extracting the active substances from areca inflorescence tea.
