摘 要:[目的]通过对成人学生的教学情况进行调查,分析医学成人学生的学习特点和需求,构建适合成人学生的医学教育模式。[方法]采用分层抽样的调查方法对1232名成人学生进行问卷调查,采用Epidata 3.1和DEAP 2.1软件对数据进行处理。[结果]69.4%的成人学生学习动机是学知识和拿文凭并重;超过70%的学生选择跟班听课的学习方式;38.6%的成人学生认为远程网络与面授相结合的教学途径更适合成人学习。[结论]医学成人学生的上课时间需要更灵活,可改双休日上课为单周上课、双周自学,以缓解学生的工学矛盾;相对于单一的课堂授课教学模式,成人学生更倾向于面授与网络自学的学习方式。Objective Through investigation of teaching situation of adult education, analyzes the characteristic and requirement of medical adult education so as to build medical education model that suit for mature students. Methods Questionnaire survey to 1232 mature students by stratified sampling, deal with Epidata 3.1 and DEAP 2.1. Results Learning motivation of 69.4% mature students are knowledge and diploma. Over 70% mature students choose the study style of joining a regular class. 38.6% mature students think remote network combine with face to face teaching that suit for them further more. Conclusions Medical mature students require flexible learning time, go to on class single weekend and self-study on dual weekend so as to remit the contradiction of working and studying. Mature students tend to face to face teaching and network self-study compare with classroom teaching model.
