摘 要:作为一种有效的价值获取方式,战略联盟的成功与否受到越来越多学者的关注。从竞合视角出发,探讨了联盟中经常同时存在的合作与冲突(包括建设性冲突与破坏性冲突)对联盟成功的直接影响以及交互作用。研究样本包含205家联盟企业,每家企业选择2个关键信息提供者,共获得410份样本数据。基于这些数据的分析表明,企业间合作与建设性冲突均能促进联盟成功,而破坏性冲突则会阻碍联盟成功。在交互作用下,合作与建设性冲突的同时存在有助于联盟成功;而合作与破坏性冲突的同时存在对联盟成功不会产生显著影响。As an effective strategic development mode of firms, the success of strategic alliances has received increasing academic attention. Drawing on the coopetition perspective, we examine the direct and interaction effects of the often simultaneously occurred factors, cooperation and conflicts (including constructive and destructive) on alliance success. Data to test the model were collected by interviewing two key informants in each of 205 Chinese firms, from 410 samples. Results indicate that both cooperation and constructive conflicts contribute to alliance success, while destructive conflicts deter the success of an alliance. The interaction of cooperation and constructive conflicts increases the likelihood of alliance success. But the effect of the interaction of cooperation and destructive conflicts on alliance success is not supported by the data. This study offers important theoretical and managerial insights
