企业家类型、控制机制与创新方式选择研究

摘　　要：基于大规模的问卷调查数据,以控制机制为中介变量,实证探讨了不同类型企业家对创新方式选择的影响作用机制。研究表明:偏好财富型企业家与突破创新选择负相关,偏好事业型企业家与突破创新选择正相关;偏好财富型企业家倾向于选择财务控制而不是战略控制,偏好事业型企业家倾向于选择战略控制而不是财务控制;财务控制与渐进创新正相关且与突破创新负相关,战略控制与突破创新正相关且与渐进创新负相关,财务控制和战略控制部分中介企业家类型与突破创新的作用效应,完全中介企业家类型与渐进创新的作用效应。最后结合理论与实践对结论进行了分析,对未通过验证的假设给出了说明。Based on large-scale questionnaire survey data, this paper empirically investigates the effect mechanism of different entrepreneur types on the choice of innovation forms by introducing control approach as mediating variable. Our study indicates that, the wealth preference entrepreneur negatively affects the choice of incremental innovation, but the enterprise preference entrepreneur positively impacts the choice of incremental innovation. The wealth preference entrepreneur prefers to choose financial control rather than choose strategic control, but the enterprise preference entrepreneur has the opposite preference. Financial control positively affects the radical innovation but negatively impacts the incremental innovation, strategic control positively influences the incremental innovation but negati on the rel vely affects the radical innovation, financial control and strategic control have partial mediating effects ationship between entrepreneur type and incremental innovation, and have entire mediating effects on the relationship between entrepreneur type and radical innovation. Finally, we analyze the conclusions combing the theory and practices, and illustrate the hypothesis that fails to be examined.
