摘　　要：从回顾组织集权度与绩效的关系研究入手,基于企业项目管理视角,提出企业集权度与项目管理成熟度的匹配模式将对组织绩效产生影响。通过对中油化建案例的纵向跟踪研究,分析企业不同项目管理成熟度水平下的集权度和绩效表现,探索构建集权度与项目管理成熟度的最优绩效匹配模型,并基于该模型提出企业项目管理优化匹配方案。Based on research on relationship between degree of power distribution and organizational performance, we propose that a matching pattern of degree of power distribution and project management maturity will impact on organizational performance from the perspective of enterprise project management. Through longitudinal follow-up study of the case, China Petroleum Jilin Chemical engineering and Construction Company limited, we analyze the degree of power distribution and organizational performance in the different level of project management maturity, and explore a matching model of degree of power distribution and project management maturity for optimal performance, and propose optimized matching program of enterprise project management based on the model
