摘  要:目的 研究犬心脏停跳及复苏后脑组织内皮素 - 1(Endothelin ,ET - 1)含量、Na+ -K+ ATP酶活性的变化 ,探讨ET - 1在复苏后脑损伤中的可能作用机制。方法 采用犬室颤心跳呼吸骤停模型 ,进行标准心肺复苏 ,分别观察室颤前、心脏停跳 10min及复苏后 30min、2h和 4h的脑组织ET - 1含量和Na+ -K+ ATP酶活性变化及两者之间的关系。结果 心脏停跳及复苏后脑组织ET - 1含量明显升高 ,Na+ -K+ ATP酶活性降低 ,两者呈显著负相关。结论 心脏停跳及复苏后脑组织ET - 1含量升高引起脑组织损伤 ,其可能的作用机制之一是抑制了Na+ -K+ ATP酶的活性。Objective To investigate the possible mechanism of ET-1 in brain injury after cardiac arrest(CA)and postresuscitation.Methods The dogs with CA model of ventricular fibrillation were used to be resuscitated with standerd cardiopulmonary resuscitation.We observed the changes of ET-1 content and Na +-K + ATPase activity in brain tissue before ventricular fibrillation,after ten minutes of CA and postresuscitation 30 min,2 h,4 h respectively.Results ET-1 content was increased signifcantly and Na +-K + ATPase activity was decreased after ten minutes of CA and postresuscitation.There was a negative correlation between them.Conclusion ET-1 played a crucial role in brain tissue injury postresuscitation,one of the possible mechanism was associated with inhibition of Na +-K + ATPase activity.
