摘　　要：目的探讨系统式家庭治疗对抑郁症患者家庭功能和婚姻质量的影响.方法选择2010年1月至2013年1月在西安市精神卫生中心就诊的抑郁症患者86例,所有患者及其家庭成员均采用系统式家庭治疗10周.在入组前和出组时作汉密顿焦虑量表(HAMA)、汉密顿抑郁量表(HAMD、家庭功能评定量表(FAD)、婚姻质量问卷(Olson)及家庭环境量表(FES-CV).结果治疗前后比较,HAMA总分、HAMD总分差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);行为控制、沟通因子分差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);Enrich总分、婚姻满意度的分值差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);矛盾性、亲密度和情感表达的分值差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);HAMA与行为控制、矛盾性呈正相关(P<0.05),与婚姻满意度、情感表达呈负相关(P<0.05);HAMD与Enrich总分、情感表达呈负相关(P<0.05).结论系统式家庭治疗可以改善抑郁症患者的抑郁焦虑症状,提高婚姻满意度、家庭环境和家庭功能.Objective To investigate the effect of systemic family therapy on the family function and marital quality of patients with depression. Methods Eighty-six patients with depression in the mental hospital center from January 2010 to January 2013 were treated by systemic family therapy for 10 weeks. The Hamilton anxiety Scale （HAMA） , Hamilton Rating Scale for Depression （HAMD） , marital quality questionnaire （Olson） , family function rating scale （FAD） and family environment scale （FES-CV） were used to analyze the efficacy of family therapy and the correlation. Results There were significant differences in the scores of HAMA, HAMD, behavior control, communication, Enrich score, marital satisfaction, contradictoriness, intimacy and expressed emotion before and after treatment （P〈0.05） . There were positive correlations between the HAMA score and behavior control, contradictoriness （P〈0.05） . There were negative correlations between HAMA score and the marital satisfaction, expressed emotion （P〈0.05） . Also, there was negative correlations between HAMD and Enrich score, expressed emotion （P〈0.05） . Conclusion The systemic family therapy could improve the symptoms of depression, anxiety and somatization of patients with depression, and increase the marital satisfaction, family environment and function.
