摘　　要：目的　探讨栓式附着体在非游离端可摘义齿制做中的应用。方法　介绍附着体义齿的制作 ,并对其就位、固位、损坏、义齿维护等问题进行了讨论。结果　经过半年至一年半的临床观察 ,11个附着体 10个使用良好。结论　用附着体制做非游离端可摘义齿 ,可以替代唇侧卡环 ,同时保证固位力量 ,改善义齿外观 ,取得良好的修复效果。WT5”BZ]Objective Discuss the usage of bolt attachments in fabrication of non extensive partial dentures. Method Introduce the fabrication of attachment dentures, and discussed the seating, retention, destroyed and denture preserving problem. Results After half to one and half years clinical observe, ten of the eleven attachments were good. Conclusion Making non extensive partial dentures with attachments could replace the labial clasp, get enough retention force, improve denture appearance and got good prothet effect. [WT5”HZ]
