摘  要:为了指导校园环境治理工作,给师生提供一个安全的校园环境,利用蚕豆根尖细胞微核技术检测信阳2所大学,6处校内池塘水样的微核千分率(MCN‰)及污染指数(PI),以此来反映校园水质的污染状况。结果表明信阳职业技术学院浉河校区水体受到了中度污染,微核率高达4.89‰;信阳农业高等专科学校浉河校区的月亮湖和羊山校区的荷塘受到了轻度污染,微核率分别为3.26‰和2.9‰;其他3处池塘基本无污染。In order to guide the environment control of campus, and provide a safe campus environment to teachers and students, we detected the micronucleus cells in every 1000 lymphatic cells (MCN‰) and pollution index (PI) of six campus pond water samples in two colleges of Xinyang to reflect the pollution situation of campus water. The results showed that the campus water in Xinyang Vocational and Technical College was moderate pollution, the mieronueleus rate had reached 4.89 ‰. The same dates of Yue Liang lake in Shi He district and Chu Yun lake in Yangshan district of Xin- yang Agricultural and Forestry College were 3.26‰ and 2.9 ‰ and were moderate pollution; the other three ponds had no pollution.
