摘 要:转向架一系悬挂横向刚度对车辆动力学性能及轮轨磨耗有重要影响。文章将轮对和两侧转臂轴箱作为一个整体进行研究,计算了转臂式轴箱转向架的一系横向定位等效刚度。得到了轮对在横向力作用下的轮对横摆、侧滚和摇头运动关系,它随轴箱定位刚度和结构尺寸参数的变化而变化。建立了2个转向架动力学仿真模型,其一系悬挂分别为转臂式轴箱结构定位和进行等效刚度计算后的简化定位结构。比较了两者的直线稳定性和曲线通过性,验证了轮对滚摆运动关系和横向等效刚度计算的可信,说明运用等效刚度建模仿真可行。Lateral stiffness of primary suspension of bogie has a major impact on vehicle dynamic performance and wheel-rail wear.This paper conducts the research by taking wheel set and both side axle boxes of rotary arm type axle box bogie as a whole,and calculates its lateral positioning stiffness.The coupling relationship of traverse,rolling and swaying movement of wheel set under lateral loads are obtained,which varies with the positioning stiffness and structural size parameters.Two dynamic simulation bogie models are built to compare their linear stability and curve passing ability,one is rotary arm type axle box positioning and the other one is equivalent stiffness positioning.The credibility of the wheel set roll sway coupling relationship and the calculation of lateral equivalent stiffness are verified,and the feasibility of the usage of equivalent stiffness in modeling and simulation is illustrated.
