帕利哌酮与利培酮对精神分裂症的临床疗效比较及对社会功能的影响

摘　　要：目的探讨帕利哌酮与利培酮治疗精神分裂症的临床疗效及对社会功能的影响。方法选择2009年2月～2012年2月就诊于杭州市第七人民医院精神科118例精神分裂症患者,分为对照组58例,观察组60例,对照组接受利培酮治疗,观察组患者接受帕利哌酮治疗,疗程12周。采用阳性和阴性症状量表(PANSS)评估临床疗效,采用生活质量综合评定量表(GQOLI-74)评估社会功能及生活质量。结果较治疗前相比,治疗后8周两组患者PANSS评分均显著好转,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05),但两组间差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);治疗后12周观察组PANSS评分显著低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);治疗后12周观察组治疗总有效率(91.7%)显著优于对照组(74.1%),差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);治疗后12周观察组GQOLI-74各项评分显著高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论帕利哌酮治疗精神分裂症的临床疗效及对社会功能、生活质量的改善作用优于利培酮。Objective To compare the effect of paliperidone and resperidone in treatment of schizophrenia and the influence for social function.Methods From February 2009 to February 2012,118 cases with schizophrenia visiting the Seventh People＇s Hospital of Hangzhou City were selected and divided into control group with 58 cases and experience group with 60 cases.Control group were received resperidone treatment and experience group were administrated with paliperidone for 12 weeks.PANSS and GQOLI-74 were used to evaluate clinical effect,social function and life quality.Results On 8 weeks after treatment,PANSS scores in two groups were both decreased,the differences were statistically significant（P 0.05）,while there were no significant difference between two groups（P 0.05）;PANSS scores on 12 weeks after treatment in experience group were much lower than those in control group,the differences were statistically significant（P 0.05）;The effective rates in experience group were superior than that in control group,the differences were statistically significant（P 0.05）;GQOLI-74 scores on 12 weeks after treatment in experience group were much higher than those in control group,the differences were statistically significant（P 0.05）.Conclusion Clinical effect of paliperidone and the improving effect on social function and life quality for schizophrenia are better than those of resperidone.
