摘  要:重钢新区在投产之初,连铸板坯表面原始合格率较低,铸坯表面的主要缺陷表现为:表面纵裂纹、铸坯角部横裂纹、铸坯宽面边部凹陷,此外黏结问题一方面对工艺顺行造成了重要影响,同时也制约了铸坯表面质量的提高。通过对现场生产过程中铸坯表面缺陷的跟踪和分析,并在生产中采取相应的控制措施,最终使铸坯表面无清理率达到了较高水平,为连铸坯的热送热装创造了条件。At the beginning of the commissioning of slab casters at Chongqing Iron and Steel Co. , Ltd. , the ratio of the slabs without surface defects was very low. The main surface defects are longitudinal cracks, transverse corner cracks and longitudinal off-corner depression and so on. In addition, the smooth of CC process and the slab surface quality were influenced by the sticky in the mould. The control measures were introduced following the analysis and investigation for the cause of the defects. The ratio of the slab without surface defects was increased to more than 90% and the basic condition for the hot charging of slabs is achieved.
