摘 要:利用UG建模软件建立简化的汽车驱动桥壳的三维几何模型,并将其导入ANSYSWorkbench分析软件,通过选择合适的单元类型以进行网格划分,为后续分析提供有限元模型。利用分析软件对车辆驱动桥桥壳进行静刚度、静强度、模态特性的分析。通过计算得到相应的应力与变形分布情况,结果显示桥壳满足强度和刚度的要求;且桥壳不会因路面的激励而产生共振,桥壳结构设计合理。车辆驱动桥桥壳具有足够的刚度、强度及抗震性,对今后新产品的开发和优化设计提供了重要的参考依据。The three dimensional geometry model of automobile driving axle housing was established by using the three dimensional CAD software UG.Then it was imported to ANSYS Workbench software. A nd the appropriate type of unit was selected to mesh to provide finite element model for following analysis. The structural stiffness ,strength and the modal finite element analysis was carried on in ANSYS Workbench software. The simulation result indicated that the corresponding distribution of stress and deformation, whose results show that the strength and stiffness of axle housing meet the requirements and no resonance may oc- cur for the axle housing caused by excitation of road.The automobile driving axle housing has sufficient rigidity,strength and shock resistance ,providing an important reference for the design of future new product development and optimization.
