眼底血管造影在老年黄斑变性患者中的临床应用价值

摘　　要：目的探讨眼底荧光血管造影(FFA)在老年性黄斑变性(AMD)中的临床应用价值。方法对138例(190眼)AMD的患者行FFA检查,并对检查结果进行分析。结果 FFA图像显示190眼中,萎缩型123眼,占64.7%,造影早期玻璃膜疣呈透见荧光,晚期随背景荧光的减弱而消失;渗出型67眼,占35.3%,在造影早期,新生血管形态呈现出车轮状,花边状等,其荧光形态随时间延长,染料渗漏逐渐扩大。结论通过FFA的改变,指导老年性黄斑变性疾病的临床治疗及预防。Objective To evaluate the fundus fluorescein angiography （FFA） lor the clinical value in diagnosis of age-related macular degeneration （AMD）. Methods The results of FFA examination on 190 eyes in 138 cases of AMD were analyzed. Results FFA showed among 190 eyes in 138 cases,123 eyes were of dry type agerelated macular degenera- tion,accounting for 64.7%, early angiography showed fluorescence of the drusen,and background fluorescence decreased at the late stage. 67 eyes were of wet type, accounting for 35.3 G, early angiography showed kinds of figures which were like wheels or flowers. With time pass by,the figure was larger and larger There was a lot of fluorescein leakage at the late stage. Conclu- sion FFA can be used to offer Valuable effect for treating and preventing AMD in clinic.
