摘　　要：目的:探讨不同分化程度胃癌组织中葡萄糖调节蛋白78(GRP78)的表达差异。方法:分别用Western blot和免疫组化法检测GRP78在高、中、低三种分化程度胃癌组织中的表达水平。结果:Western blot和免疫组化结果均证实GRP78蛋白表达水平与胃癌细胞分化程度呈负相关。结论:GRP78蛋白表达水平在不同分化程度胃癌组织中存在差异,但作为胃癌细胞分化程度判定的参考指标缺乏可操作性。Objective：To study the expression of GRP78 in differentiated gastric cancer tissue.Methods： The expression of GRP78 in well differentiated gastric adenocarcinoma and moderately differentiated gastric adenocarcinoma and poorly differentiated gastric adenocarcinoma were detected by Western blot and immunohistochemistry.Results： Western blot and immunohistochemistry results showed that the expression of GRP78 with gastric cancer differentiation degree the inverse correlation.Conclusion： The expression levels of GRP78 are difference at the gastric cancer differentiation degree,but lack the feasibility as the gastric cancer cell differentiation degree determination norm for reference.
